• What is the contract length?

  We don’t tie our customers into a long-term contract as we believe in flexibility. Simply, if you need to cancel your service, give us 30 days' notice, and we will take it from there.

• What's the difference between LoudLocal's SEO packages?

  At LoudLocal, we have three fixed packages, which is a monthly subscription, ranging from Loud (most suitable for small businesses) to Loudest (most comprehensive plan, most ideal for larger companies).

• How are your SEO Packages priced?

  Our SEO Packages are priced based on the monthly number of hours spent by our team working on your business's search engine optimisation:

  • Loud - based on 4 hours per month
  • Louder - based on 8 hours per month
  • Loudest - based on 16 hours per month 

• What if I need something more bespoke?

  We have a number of customers who currently have bespoke services, so we are happy to work with you to tailor our services based on your needs and budget. We understand every business is unique and has specific requirements. If you prefer a bespoke service, then get in touch with us.

• How long until I start seeing results?

  SEO is a long-term strategy, not a short-term fix. We will be fully transparent by offering SEO reporting with every package so we can track your progress.

• Will I have a dedicated Account Manager?

  Yes, we have a team of in-house digital marketing experts, one of whom will be your dedicated Account Manager.

• How will we communicate?

  There are a number of ways we can communicate, we are flexible with the best method of communication that suits you - for example, email, text, phone, Teamwork or even face-to-face. We are also flexible based on the times that suit you best.
