Leamington Spa is about to get a little louder!

Introducing our new office

After months of planning, today marks an important day. We finally swung open the doors on our new premises, a newly regenerated office in the heart of the brand new Creative Quarter in Leamington Spa.

Our journey so far

Back in 2020, LoudLocal swung open its doors for the first time. Aimed at locally focused businesses impacted by the pandemic who were looking to improve their digital presence online.

Shortly after launch, LoudLocal opened its first office in the heart of Kenilworth town centre, a small market town outside of Warwick.  Kenilworth was a great home to the business, with so many locally focused businesses all within short proximity to our office.

Whilst in Kenilworth, we also got involved in a number of local campaigns.  Our first was aimed at supporting local businesses, where we gave out "goodie bags" to local businesses.   We also ran a "shop local" campaign with the Kenilworth Chamber, aimed at encouraging more people to shop locally.  And, for Christmas we also supported the local Rotary Club with their annual advent calendar

Running out of space

As time progressed and the team grew, we started to add more desks. But it finally got to a point where we no longer had any space. Our cupboards were full,  and we even had to put in place a rota to ensure people had enough space.

It was clear that our current office was no longer suitable for our needs.  So we decided to start our search for a new home somewhere local, but there were limited options in Kenilworth, so we had to look further afield.

Our old office: small but cosy

We then heard about the Creative Quarter, a new initiative to regenerate the Old Town of Leamington Spa. Leamington Spa is a beautiful spa town a short distance from Kenilworth.  It has a burgeoning creative industry, and is the home to lots of video game and creative companies, gaining it the name "silicon spa".  What's more, Lemington was once even named one of the happiest places to live in Britain.  We were sold, and it wasn't long before we found ourselves moving boxes into our brand-new office on Spencer Yard, filled with anticipation for the exciting opportunities this new location would bring.

Introducing LoudLocal Leamington Spa

And here it is, our new office in all of its glory:

Mia and Toby sat at their desks discussing a project. The desks are white with black seats. Mia is wearing dark clothing and Toby is wearing a purple jumper.

Our new office marks a significant leap from our previous space. It's not just bigger—it's a breath of fresh air designed to inspire creativity and collaboration. With separate meeting areas and a new break room complete with a pool table, our team finally has the room to move and recharge between tasks.

What's even more exciting is that our new space has room for future growth, with space to accommodate four additional team members. This expansion reflects our ambition and commitment to serving our clients with excellence.

Leamington Spa isn't just our new location—it's a vibrant hub for creativity and innovation. As one of the UK's 47 recognised creative clusters and the sole representative in the West Midlands, our move here is more than just a change of address. It's a bold statement of our direction and trajectory.

Being surrounded by other creative businesses in this dynamic community energises us and aligns perfectly with our mission. With this new space, we're equipped not only to continue delivering top-notch service but to elevate it to even greater heights.

Our move to Leamington Spa isn't just about physical space—it's a strategic decision that reflects our commitment to growth, innovation, and providing exceptional service to our clients. We're excited to embark on this new chapter and can't wait to see where it takes us.

About Leamington Spa

We have moved to Leamington Spa's Creative Quarter in Spencer Yard: a newly regenerated innovative space offering the unique opportunity to collaborate in newly refurbished, flexible offices. Leamington is cited as one of 47 creative clusters in the UK and the only one in the West Midlands, making our
move to the neighbourhood, a bold statement of our direction and trajectory.

In Summary

The aim with the new office, wasn't just to expand space, but also our capacity. And additionally improve the technology we use, to ensure our clients continue to get the best possible experience and highest level of support.

We now have space for twelve digital marketing professionals who will be trained in the many different areas of marketing that we offer support. These include SEO, Website Design, and Digital Content.  Since moving to the office, we have expanded to become a team of nine, and we aim to grow this further throughout 2024.

Additionally, when clients visit, we will now have a separate space for meetings (in our previous office, you would end up perched on the end of a desk).

Priya and Tanya are sat down whilst the rest of the team are stood behind them. In the background is a blue LoudLocal logo with white text. You can see the office in the background. Everyone is wearing different clothes, Priya is in a bright orange top, Deveny a black dress, Mia a white shirt, Leon is wearing Jeans and a checked top, Toby is wearing a white top with a flower and micheal is wearing a plain white t-shirt

So we have a new space, a new location and a refreshed approach. We are extremely proud of how far LoudLocal has come, both professionally and personally. The team is working super hard to bring our vision to life, and as the team grows, we are only getting stronger; more people means more skills and ideas to help our community thrive.
